Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a genuine difference every single day? We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our warm and welcoming nursing home, where care, dignity, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for nurses for a 67 bedded home specialising in Care for the elderly, dementia and nursing. As a valued member of our team alongside the Lead Nurse and care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
You’ll be more than just a nurse—you’ll be a source of comfort, reassurance, and companionship to ensure the home is run to the highest standards of professional and clinical practice.

Examples of employment tasks:
Ensure that comprehensive, individualised care plans are in place and are regularly reviewed and evaluated in accordance with the NMC guidelines and company policy;
Assist and deal with emergencies and pre-planned treatment of patients;
Support residents with complex health needs and maintain ongoing assessment and review of all residents;
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Administer medications ensuring to follow protocols and carry out clinical treatments as required;
Liaise with management and visiting professionals to ensure effective communication for the benefit of the patients and their families;
Skills Required for the Role:
· Current registration and PIN number with NMC;
. Have a caring, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
. Manage own work load;
· Knowledge of Community Care Act, Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act;
· Prior experience in the care of the elderly and/or dementia;
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
· Ability to assist in the management of an effective multi-disciplinary team and to be a team leader and player;
· Satisfactory enhanced DBS Check and where applicable a check against the DBS First List
