As a Sales and Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping drive bookings while delivering friendly, efficient and professional service.
This is a front-line, customer-facing role focused on delivering excellent service and supporting the sales journey. You’ll manage enquiries, support residents and ensure every interaction reflects our brand and values.
You’ll play an important role in both first impressions and ongoing experience, helping convert enquiries into bookings while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales & Lettings Support
- Respond to enquiries and guide prospective residents through the booking journey.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the building and facilities in a positive and engaging way.
- Support conversion of enquiries into bookings through excellent customer interaction.
- Assist with rebooking campaigns and peak leasing periods.
Customer Service Support
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and enquiries.
- Provide clear, accurate and timely responses in person, via phone and email.
- Support residents with day-to-day queries, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Maintain a friendly, professional and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Resident Experience
- Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to a welcoming community.
- Support communication of events, updates and key information.
- Gather feedback from residents to support continuous improvement.
Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across booking and management systems.
- Process applications, bookings and resident documentation in line with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data handling and operational standards.
Operational Support
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience for residents.
- Support general building operations and presentation standards in line with company procedure and ANUK Guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Location: Newcastle
Hours: 30 Hours per week- 8am until 8pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
