Job Summary
YCube Information Technology Ltd is seeking a Senior Technology Solutions Manager to lead the planning and delivery of technology solutions for business and client needs. You will assess requirements, design practical technical approaches, coordinate implementation teams, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and commercially effective.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions across multiple projects.
- Assess business requirements and translate them into clear technical plans.
- Recommend suitable infrastructure, cloud, software, integration, and security solutions.
- Coordinate solution architects, engineers, developers, vendors, and project teams.
- Manage solution scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery standards.
- Review technical proposals, designs, specifications, and implementation plans.
- Support client presentations, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Oversee testing, deployment, handover, and post-implementation support.
- Manage technology suppliers, licensing arrangements, and service partners.
- Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor technical team members and support consistent delivery practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience in technology solutions, IT consulting, systems integration, or technical delivery.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure, business applications, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions for clients or internal teams.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex delivery programmes.
- Strong stakeholder, supplier, budget, and risk-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of IT service management, solution architecture, and data protection.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Relevant cloud, architecture, project-management, or ITIL certification is desirable.

Pay: £5,900.00-£6,600.00 per month
