We are excited to support a dedicated all-through SEMH school in Dagenham as they seek passionate and creative Graduate Higher Level Teaching Assistants with a focus on English to join their team.

- All-through SEMH school in Dagenham
- £625 - £675 per week pro-rata (term time only)
- Gain valuable experience supporting students with a wide range of needs across Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4 in English

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, encouraging engagement and self-expression through English
- Help prepare and adapt materials and resources to suit students' individual learning needs and interests, ensuring they are accessible and engaging.
- Support the emotional and social development of students, fostering self-confidence and communication skills through the study of English.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported in their educational journey.
