Caledonia Signs is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team on an approximately 12 month maternity leave cover contract.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident supporting a team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
What You’ll Get Up To:
· Entering customer orders into our SAP system with accuracy and care
· Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally and efficiently
· Supporting our despatch department by inputting deliveries into the courier system
· Processing invoices
· Maintaining organised and accurate filing systems and documentation
· Providing general administrative support across the business as required
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience
· Previous administrative experience preferred
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Work and Excel
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Confident and professional telephone manner

· A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
· Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required
