Salary - £12.86 per hour
Working Hours - Minimum 35 per hours per week rota. Rolling rota 7 shifts 7.30am-2.30pm 4 days off. 7 shifts 2.30pm-9.30pm 3 days off.
Weavers Care Home are seeking to recruit an experienced Day Care Assistant to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team.
As an independent residential care home providing kind, compassionate care to 28 residents, we are looking for people who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for the older generation.
Your responsibilities will be to provide personal care to residents, supporting them to be as independent as possible. You will be offering support with nutritional needs, recording the care delivered to each resident and will also help with personal errands and general assistance with the daily lives of the residents.
Essential skills include:
- Proven care experience with the elderly in a professional setting.
The successful person will be motivated, reliable and willing to work as part of a team to help deliver outstanding care to the residents of Weavers Care Home and have a satisfactory Enhanced DBS and references.
