Summary
Chorley St Marys Catholic Primary is situated in a residential area; is a modern building which has its own landscaped grounds with playing fields. We currently have 205 children on roll, with a further 24 children in Nursery and 37 members of staff. As part of our extended services, there is a Nursery, Breakfast Club and an After School Club. We are a team that work hard to achieve and improve upon the high standard valued by the school. We are looking to appoint a Nursery Apprentice (EYFA TA L3) to work within our Early Years Foundation Stage in our Nursery class.

Essential Qualifications
For candidates aged 16-18, we require either evidence of Maths and English, or you must achieve these qualifications during the apprenticeship.
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Level 4 - predicted or gained) or the desire to work towards this for over 19 years old
- Paediatric First Aid/First Aid Training
Food Hygiene Training

- Experience of working in a childcare setting/group
- Previous work experience.
Experience of interacting with parents and carers on a regular basis.
