Here at J &G Solar Maintenance LTD we are looking for motivated Outbound Telesales Executives to join our sales team in Shenfield Essex . This role involves engaging with prospective clients via telephone to promote our products and services, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop sales experience within the renewable energy field. This role comes with uncapped commissions and Bonuses as well as a salary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using established sales scripts and CRM systems.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through engaging conversations with prospects.
- Promote our products and services effectively, highlighting key benefits tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software, ensuring data integrity and follow-up actions.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns or previous contacts to maximise conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries professionally and courteously during calls.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
Experience
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Previous experience in outbound calling environments will be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently are important for success in this role.
- Experience within the solar energy field is preferred.
- knowledge of solar battery storage and overall solar maintenance is preferred
Pay: £24,420.00-£49,994.25 per year
