Do you like working nights and are ready to take your next step in your hospitality career? We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic new team member to join our busy Holiday Inn Derby Riverlights in the city centre. This is a part -time, 32-hours a week position and comes with a hourly salary of £13.20 per hour plus great benefits.
You will be officially known as a Guest Service Assistant Nights (GSA) and cover the night shifts in the hotel. You’ll be responsible for welcoming and processing all of the late arrival guests to the hotel, dealing with any last-minute reservations and some early morning departures too. You’ll also help with preparing and managing breakfast service, the most important meal of our guests’ day!
To be the successful candidate you will need:
- experience in hospitality, ideally within hotels
- a passion and ability for delivering great customer service
- a self-starter with a great work ethic
- confidence in meeting and engaging with new people daily
- to be a multi-tasker who is willing to get stuck in
- the ability to be flexible with shifts
- experience in working the night shift
This is an exciting time to join the hotel as we have launched a brand new restaurant in October 2025 and are currently undertaking major renovations, as we gear up to rebrand later this year.
