Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order totals and processing payments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of making coffee
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to guests.
