Talma Europe is recruiting a Head of Operations & Client Success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced TMC operational leader who is ready to step up, make an impact and help shape the future of a growing, ambitious and agile travel management business.
We are looking for someone who:
✨ Knows corporate travel operations inside out
✨ Is a genuine Sabre super-user, with a working knowledge of ProTAS
✨ Loves solving complex operational and client challenges
✨ Can turn data, technology and insight into better ways of working
✨ Coaches managers, shares knowledge and builds high-performing teams
✨ Understands the connection between service, productivity, commercial performance and client retention
✨ Is confident moving from strategy and senior client conversations to detailed operational problem-solving
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage what already exists.
You will be given the opportunity to become the architect of better ways of working connecting Operations, Client Success, Commercial, Technology, Finance and People to remove friction, strengthen service delivery and help Talma Europe scale successfully. You will also deputise for the Operations Director and act as a senior escalation point for significant operational and client challenges.
