We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative HR team based in Bar Hill, Cambridge. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, payroll support and day-to-day HR operations.
About the role
You will be providing first-class support across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, from arranging interviews to managing candidate communications and offers
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment campaigns, careers events and recruitment administration
- Managing onboarding, pre-employment checks and welcoming new starters
- Administering employee benefits and responding to benefits queries
- Supporting payroll administration, including ADP processing and payroll-related activities
- Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and reports
- Working closely with the Senior HR Administrator, Remuneration & Benefits Advisor, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and the wider HR Operations team to deliver an outstanding HR service
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Operations role
- Strong recruitment coordination and onboarding experience
- Experience supporting employee benefits and/or payroll administration (ADP experience would be advantageous)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and experience maintaining HR systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information appropriately
