Home Care Assistant – Drivers Wanted

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our growing team. No two days are the same, and every visit gives you the opportunity to brighten someone's day.
What will you be doing?
As a Home Care Assistant, you may help with:
- Personal care (support with washing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene)
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Medication support
- Light household tasks
- Shopping or collecting prescriptions
- Companionship and conversation
- Supporting clients to attend appointments or enjoy activities
- Encouraging independence while providing reassurance and care
Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference—a friendly chat, making a cup of tea, or simply being someone our clients can rely on.
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who are:
- Kind, compassionate, and patient
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Great communicators
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, as you'll be travelling between clients' homes
- Passionate about helping others
Previous care experience is welcomed, but it's not essential. If you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to care, we'd love to hear from you.
