Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30)

Operating from our purpose-built 27,000 sq. ft facility in Trafford Park, our Manchester team is dedicated to keeping the North West moving. Within this team an opportunity has arisen for a Parts/Service Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the depot.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised Parts & Service Administrator to join our busy Operations Department. This dual-function role is critical in ensuring our service engineers have the parts they need and our customers receive world-class support for their forklift fleets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, order, and issue spare parts to engineers using electronic parts catalogues and inventory systems.
- Assist in scheduling engineer visits for routine maintenance, breakdowns, and LOLER inspections.
- Act as the first point of contact for service inquiries, providing quotes, lead times, and tracking information.
- Process parts specific paperwork, maintaining accurate digital records, and help manage invoicing for completed works.
- Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock checks, and manage returns or damaged items.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous background in a parts or service department not essential as full training will be provided
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and capable of learning parts-specific databases.
- Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and corporate clients.
- Proactive, able to multitask under pressure, and possesses strong attention to detail.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
