Rocket Paye is growing — and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team at our Stevenage office.
We’re a growing payroll and recruitment services business, working with recruitment agencies and contractors across the UK. We’re passionate about great service, strong relationships, compliance and doing things the right way.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Account Manager at Rocket Paye, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships.
You’ll be responsible for:
Client onboarding – making sure new clients are welcomed, set up correctly and have everything they need from day one.
Worker onboarding – supporting the smooth and accurate onboarding of new workers and ensuring all required information and documentation is in place.
Account management – building strong, long-term relationships with our clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.
Client support – dealing with queries, resolving issues and making sure our clients receive the level of service they expect from Rocket Paye.
Teamwork – working closely with our Payroll, Compliance and Operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Process & compliance – making sure our processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
Relationship development – understanding our clients' businesses and looking for ways we can continue to support them as they grow.

Experience in account management, recruitment, payroll or customer service would be an advantage — but attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
