Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Window Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality window cleaning services. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards are maintained, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate window cleaning teams to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of service.
- Plan daily schedules and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site inspections to assess safety conditions and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Maintain communication with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored properly after use.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
- Manage driving responsibilities for team transport between sites as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor cleaning services.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience in driving large vehicles or vans is desirable.
- Good physical fitness, capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
