Estate Agency Sales Progressor Salary up to £30,000 Plus Commission - Bromsgrove
My client is an award-winning, local Established Estate Agent, who due to increased demand is seeking a Sales Progressor to work full time in this busy Bromsgrove department.
The role will be office based, you will be responsible for chasing through the pipeline of sales on a regular basis to ensure both the purchaser and vendor have a positive experience of buying and selling through the agent.
The role will include
- Checking chain details
- Speaking to Solicitors and Conveyancing personnel
- Weekly feedback to both buyers and purchasers on how things are progressing
- chasing slow sales to make sure exchange and completion can happen
- Sorting out any issues that could arise within the sale
- Chasing Mortgage offers and working closely with Mortgage advisors and removal firms
Of course, you will be a very valuable member of the team, you will be paid commission upon completions so you will be working closely with the directors to make sure that the pipeline is converting.
