Front of House staff/ Barista - Part Time

Located in the heart of Finnieston, Esasa is an independent Italian restaurant passionate about serving authentic food, quality ingredients and genuine hospitality. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated person to join our front of house staff!
No experience? No problem. If you're passionate about food, customer care, hardworking and eager to learn, we're happy to provide full training for the right person.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality.
- Learn and develop skills in coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming front of house area.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
- Provide a positive experience for every guest and support the team during busy services.
What we're looking for:
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in coffee and enthusiasm for developing barista skills.
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
- Reliable, punctual and a good team player.
- Previous front of house or barista experience is a bonus, but not essential.
