Hours: Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week, flexible schedule)
Pay: £13-£16 p/h (dependent on experience)
About Us:
Middle Barton Garage is a renowned independent specialist with a 40-year legacy in classic Italian cars, now expanding into modern Abarths. Alongside our busy workshop, we run a dedicated mail-order parts operation supplying Italian car enthusiasts across the UK and beyond.
We are looking for an organized, reliable person to help manage our front-of-house admin and run our parts processing division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Parts Processing & Shipping: Taking incoming parts orders over the phone and online, carefully packaging items, booking couriers, and sending out parcels.
- Stock Control: Updating stock levels, adjusting inventory, and ordering genuine OE replacement parts from suppliers.
- Front Office Admin: Answering telephone enquiries, taking customer bookings, creating job cards, and issuing invoices.
- Marketing: Posting updates, rare parts, and completed workshop projects onto Facebook and Instagram.
What We Are Looking For:
- Great attention to detail and a polite, helpful phone manner.
- Ability to physically package parts securely for dispatch.
- Basic computer confidence (for stock management, print labels, and basic invoicing).
- Previous experience in an automotive parts, warehouse, or garage environment is a massive bonus, but full training on our specific stock will be provided.
Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
