Summary
We are looking for a cocktail waiter/ waitress experienced in high-volume venues, with knowledge of classic cocktails. Friendly and professional customer service is a key part in this role.
The menu has a wide range of cocktails, both house and classic, so basic understanding of each is required. Job also includes maintenance of general cleanliness of bar area, including glassware, tools, and work surfaces. Collaboration between team members is also a given, especially during busier periods.
This is a very lively and engaging environment, where sociable individuals and cocktail knowledge are highlighted.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front of house experience in a bar venue.
- At least moderate knowledge of classic cocktails and standards of service.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
