Dispense Barman – Little Italy, Leicester Square
Little Italy – Leicester Square’s busy Italian restaurant – is looking for an experienced Dispense Barman to join our dynamic team. If you’re quick, precise, and passionate about creating great drinks, this is your chance to be part of one of central London’s busiest and most vibrant venues.
This role is focused on supporting the floor team by preparing all drink orders efficiently and consistently – from classic cocktails to Italian wines, draught beers, and more. It’s fast-paced, high-volume, and perfect for someone who thrives under pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks for restaurant.
- Following recipes and specs to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area throughout service
- Restocking and prepping ingredients, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Communicating effectively with floor staff to keep service smooth and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working as a dispense or back-of-bar bartender (ideally in a busy venue)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and bar service
- Fast, focused, and able to handle high-volume service with accuracy
- A team player
- Flexible and reliable – available evenings and weekends
- A good standard of English
