Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper/Labourer to join our team, responsible for delivering and enhancing high quality outdoor environments, including but not limited to - Patios, fencing, Driveways, Water features/ponds, turfing and much more . The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and construction-related tasks, with the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in landscaping mechanical operations, and the use of power tools, contributing to high-quality outdoor spaces for our clients.
Duties
- Carry out installation of hard and soft landscaping products
- Operate hand tools such as spades, rakes, drills, skill saws etc.
- Use power tools and machinery including excavators and irrigation systems for installation and maintenance
- Assist with construction projects such as fencing, decking, or paving works
- Maintain equipment through routine checks and minor repairs
- Support site preparation activities including clearing debris and levelling ground
- Ensure all work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised in compliance with health and safety standards
Experience
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific machinery and tools
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators is advantageous
- Basic understanding of horticulture principles and garden design preferred
- Experience working on construction sites or outdoor projects is a plus
