Ski Team4 is a leading Schools’ Ski Tour Operator in the UK. We operate ski trips for schools to resorts across Europe including Austria, Italy, France, Spain and Andorra.
We are looking for a Operations Executive to help organise these trips and to work closely with our customers to ensure that exceptional ski trips are delivered and that the children travelling have one of the best experiences of their lives.
We are looking for a committed and flexible team player with a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner. Excellent administration skills are required and an eye for detail is necessary. Experience in tour operations is not essential as full training will be given.
A laptop and company mobile will be provided.
Salary - £26,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience.
Responsibilities of the job include:
-Liaising with airlines
- Agreeing service levels, contracts and costs
- Collecting, evaluating and responding to customer feedback
- Providing pricing information
- Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets
- Providing excellent customer service
