A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our wonderful operational team!
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth running of our restaurant, bar and event space. Your friendly, efficient, and effective manner will shine through while delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
The role will predominantly be based in our busy events team, elevating guests experiences from start to finish! Evening availability is essential to successfully fulfill the role.
The successful candidate will have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people. Through their experience the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
· Work in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional service standards with a keen eye for detail
· To supervise and mentor a team and delegate tasks to the team
· Strong organization skills
· Punctual and organized
· To be able to handle guest feedback in a professional and appropriate manner
· Ordering stock and ensuring stock levels are maintained
