We're looking for an exceptional Head of Compliance to lead our strategic approach to asset compliance and safety.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll provide direction, assurance, and oversight across all asset-related statutory and regulatory compliance activities. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring customers live in safe, secure, and compliant homes while giving the organisation confidence that risks are effectively managed and monitored.
As Head of Compliance, you will lead the development and implementation of robust compliance frameworks, policies, assurance processes, and governance arrangements, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across the organisation.

Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw - Monday to Friday

overseeing compliance activities across key areas including:
providing expert compliance advice and clear direction to senior leaders and operational teams.
delivering effective governance, reporting, and performance insight to support informed decision-making.
leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
driving a culture of accountability, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.
monitoring emerging legislation and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance and best practice.
We're looking for a strategic and influential leader with significant experience in asset compliance, safety, and assurance.
You'll bring:
strong technical and strategic knowledge of asset compliance legislation, regulatory standards, and best practice.
experience designing and leading assurance frameworks, audit programmes, and compliance monitoring regimes.
proven ability to identify risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
experience building effective relationships with senior stakeholders, operational teams, and external partners.
strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
excellent reporting, governance, and performance management capabilities.
the confidence to challenge, influence, and drive positive change across an organisation.
You will hold, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience to, recognised compliance or property-related qualifications such as:
Degree-level qualification, or
NEBOSH qualification, or
equivalent professional experience within asset compliance and safety management.
You should also have expertise across key compliance disciplines, including gas, electrical, fire, and wider asset safety areas.
