Route 74 Truckstop are currently seeking a Chef/Cook to work with our Head Chef in our kitchen in Glasgow.
We would require the following;
- Proven Experience as a Chef/Cook in a restaurant setting
- Will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation including Food Preparation, Cooking and presentation
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills, along with strong leadership qualities
- Be responsible for training and supervision of kitchen staff including food safety standards and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times
- Be able to prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes along with creating new additions to the menu if required
Hours of work are 30 per week with some overtime available, must be flexible and be able to work a variety of shifts, salary is dependant on experience.
