Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a range of conveyancing roles, including Case Handlers and Property Administrators and Assistant Case Handlers.
Location: Leamington Spa & Wellingborough
About the Roles
We are looking for individuals to support and manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for managing your own caseload or supporting Case Handlers with the smooth progression of files.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
· Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and completion statements
· Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties
· Open new files and accurately input data into case management systems
· Maintain and organise files, ensuring all documentation and checklists are up to date
· Assist with searches, enquiries, mortgage reports, and due diligence checks
· Check and report on search results and mortgage offers
· Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and source of funds checks
· Assist in preparing completion packs and coordinating exchanges and completions
· Provide regular updates to clients and introducers
· Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
· Manage workloads effectively and contribute to team success
About You
· Previous experience in conveyancing or a legal environment is preferred (but not essential for entry-level roles)
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
· A proactive and team-oriented approach
· Competent with IT systems and case management software
· For more senior roles: experience managing your own caseload is essential
