Seven Districts Coffee is on the hunt for a passionate, skilled Part-Time Barista to join our beautiful Bailgate store. We take our coffee seriously—from bean to cup—but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're looking for someone who shares our obsession with specialty coffee and loves craft, community, and great hospitality.
If you know your espresso yields from your brew ratios and love the buzz of a busy specialty coffee shop, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting beautiful drinks: Dialing in espresso, steaming milk to silky perfection, and delivering consistent latte art.
- Sharing the passion: Chatting with customers about our single-origin coffees, blends, and the stories behind them.
- Maintaining standards: Keeping the coffee workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Supporting the team: Helping out with front-of-house tasks and ensuring every customer leaves happier than they arrived.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee or fast-paced coffee shop environment is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for coffee quality, workflow efficiency, and customer service.
- A calm-under-pressure mindset—the Bailgate gets busy, and you’ll need to keep quality high when the rush hits.
- Great team spirit and reliability for weekend shifts.
