We are looking for a highly organised, reliable and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our busy Toyota dealership in Silsden. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support to both our sales team and customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery. Excellent timekeeping, attention to detail and a professional approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing administration for new and used vehicle sales.
- Preparing vehicle invoicing and registration documentation.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Managing vehicle taxation and registration processes.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Assisting with vehicle stock management and logistics where required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience (motor trade experience would be an advantage but is not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance, with a reliable and professional approach to work.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
