Investors in Property are one of the leading ski property specialists, selling chalets and apartments across France, Switzerland and Austria in over 50 resorts. We sell to clients all over the world and have multiple partners across the Alpine regions.
A social media, marketing and content creation position has become available, and we are looking for a new or recent graduate with 0-2 years’ experience to join our small team in Highgate, North London.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Ability to ski at an intermediate level or higher as we'll need you to create content and videos on the slopes
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (particularly Instagram and Youtube)
- Ability to create, edit and upload all types of videos onto said platforms
This is essentially a new role to help take our social media and online presence to a new level. An ideal candidate would be a creative individual who can add new and exciting content to our profiles. We want to create consistent posts, in particular videos of resorts and properties, that help promote Alpine living and why we are the best company to contact.
The role will require you to travel to the Alps throughout the year, both with the team and solo, for filming/photos etc. It would also help if you are happy to drive in France, Switzerland and Austria.
We are constantly improving and upgrading our website, so someone with a keen eye for design and web optimisation would be ideal.
As a small team, there are always lots of tasks to cover multiple aspects of the business. So you’ll have plenty of opportunities to help us grow by suggesting and implementing innovations and improvements to our marketing activities.
Main Role Will Include:
Running our social media accounts
Creating videos and other content
Improving and expanding our website/online presence
Managing google analytics and adword campaigns
Working with our new AI agent
Additional Roles
Creating property listings to feature on the website
Editing photos/plans on Photoshop
Making and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Writing blogs and articles relating to the field
Inputting and managing data in the CRM
Maintaining our high SEO ranking
There is a lot to take on and your role will be very varied with a mix of working in the office and at home, so ability to learn quickly, multitask and work independently are essential.
If you speak French and/or German that would be very beneficial, but it's not required.
The job is really what you make it and you have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the company. If you want, you can also get involved in sales down the line if you show an aptitude for it.
