We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, from developing new business, sourcing, and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.
Your key responsibility will be developing new business in your business sector; this is an exciting opportunity for someone keen to develop their own marketplace. You will be given every opportunity to start building your own client base from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building your own client base in the Cyber and Network Security Market.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
Must Have:
- Worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the IT sector in the last 5 years
- Have a demonstrable Business Development record
- Have demonstrable Recruitment Skills
- Educated to A level pass standard.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a methodical manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be active on Linked In.

Pay: £24,420.00-£67,799.82 per year
