Gentleman's Barbershop Hove is looking for a talented and experienced barber to join our friendly team.
We are an established and busy barbershop with a loyal client base. Having recently taken over the management of the shop, we are looking to expand the team and welcome a new barber who is passionate about delivering high-quality cuts and excellent customer service.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive environment where they can build and grow their own clientele.
What we offer:
- 60% commission paid directly to the barber on all cuts
- Estimated earnings of £500–£750 per week, with the potential to earn more for the right person
- Guaranteed £500 per week for the first 2 months for the right applicant while they build their client base

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ barbering experience
- Strong skills across a range of barbering services
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality cuts
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for barbering and great customer service
We would also consider an exceptional newly qualified barber who has recently graduated or is due to finish training soon and is ready to take the next step in their career.
We have worked with some fantastic graduates from local barbering courses in the past and are keen to support talented new barbers entering the industry.
