Female Senior Support Worker - (Job Grade A)
Location: travel to services in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Thornbury requires.
Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm – 10pm, 7am- 10pm
Contract: 45 hours
Salary: £15.37 per hour
Requirment: Female, Full UK Driver’s License with access to own vehicle
Occupational requirement: Gender Specific, this is due to the requirements of the person we support and their care needs. This is a reasonable step to safeguard the person we support and the staff team.

About the Services You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role
We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Senior Support Worker to play a key role in supporting a great group of individuals within our specialist services. These services will include individuals with complex and clinical care such as ABI, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) and challenging behaviours.
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll champion excellent care, maintain high levels of auditing, support people to achieve their goals, and lead a team committed to making a positive impact.
