Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage.
- Train new staff on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Address guest concerns related to cleanliness swiftly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of janitorial processes, cleaning techniques, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff and interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and quality assurance protocols.
