URBAN Fresh Burgers & Fries is a growing Yorkshire-born burger brand, serving fresh, made-to-order burgers, hand-cut fries and seriously good food since 2017.
We're growing, and we're looking for brilliant people to grow with us.
As a Crew Member / Burger Master™, you'll be at the heart of the restaurant. You'll learn every part of the operation, from preparing and cooking our fresh food to serving customers, keeping the restaurant spotless and working alongside your crew to deliver a great shift.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll teach you. What matters most to us is your attitude: being reliable, working hard, looking after your team and bringing positive energy to work.
If you're ambitious, there are plenty of opportunities to develop too. Many of our management roles are filled by people who started out as Burger Masters, and as URBAN continues to grow, we want our people to grow with us.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
No two shifts are exactly the same. You'll be trained across different areas of the restaurant and could be:
- Preparing fresh ingredients ready for service
- Cooking and building our burgers and other menu items to URBAN standards
- Making our famous hand-cut fries
- Taking orders and helping customers choose the perfect meal
- Delivering friendly, genuine customer service
- Keeping the kitchen, restaurant and workstations exceptionally clean
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Restocking and preparing your station for busy periods
- Working quickly and accurately during busy services
- Supporting your teammates wherever you're needed

Experience in hospitality, kitchens or customer service is preferable.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
You won't just be shown where everything is and left to figure it out.
You'll receive structured, hands-on training from experienced members of the URBAN team, helping you build confidence across the different stations in the restaurant.
Through our Learn to Earn development programme, learning more and developing your skills can also mean earning more.
And if you've got your sights set on management, we'll help you work towards it.
As URBAN expands, we're creating opportunities to progress from Crew Member to Trainer, Shift Manager, Restaurant Management and beyond.
