What We Are Looking For
We have a brand new opening for an experienced Data & Analytics Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic and analytical management of the solar and heat pump sale to installation journey. To provide up to date reporting and dashboards in key customer journey milestones, that supports teams to deliver execution, by prioritising customer journeys and to improve overall efficiencies and KPI’s.
Data & Analytics Operations Specialist Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements
- Develop and support automations, workflows and integrations that improve efficiency and user experience
- Use data, insight and technical analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Build and manage data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely data flow into reporting systems
- Collaborate with operational teams to assess and improve data quality across analytical systems
- Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead the development of new initiatives and improvements that streamline service delivery, improve customer experience and enhance productivity
- Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators and the departments performance management framework is aligned with the businesses objectives
- Undertake demand and capacity analysis to match engineer availability with sales across all postcodes and product types
What You Could Bring?
- Proven experience working with Power BI and Microsoft Power BI Certification or equivalent hands-on expertise
- Experience in data quality analysis and ensure data integrity across systems
- Capability in stakeholder engagement and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Proven success leading complex data initiatives and deliver impactful data and analytics products
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans.
