About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hard Landscaper to join our award-winning design and landscape company. This is a role within our construction division, responsible for delivering high-quality, design-led hard landscaping projects from plan to completion.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of working on site as part of a team while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a variety of hard landscaping materials, including:
Porcelain paving
Natural stone
Clay pavers
Brickwork
Decking
- Install surface drainage systems and formwork.
- Interpret and implement site design plans to ensure hard landscaping works are delivered accurately and to specification.
- Work closely with soft landscaping teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with project managers, garden designers and subcontractors.
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Valid CSCS card, beneficial not essential.
- Competent in the safe use of power tools and site equipment.
- A good working knowledge and experience with installing a variety of hard landscaping is essential.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
