We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for helping customers in-store, maintaining the shop and supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional customer service
- Helping customers with product enquiries and making suitable recommendations
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments
- Replenishing stock and keeping shelves and displays well presented
- Receiving and sorting deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised shop
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting low-stock items
- Following company procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Assisting with general day-to-day shop duties
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking to customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Professional and well presented
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a busy retail environment
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage, although full training will be provided for the right person.
Knowledge of vaping products is beneficial but not essential.
