Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Care
Location: North Manchester
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 (DOE & qualifications)
- Working Hours: Rota-based, including 24/7 shifts and sleeps
Number of Sleeps Required: Variable per rota
Pay Per Sleep: £60 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway or Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Relevant experience in children’s residential care

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven Deputy Managers with experience in Ofsted-registered children's homes. You should be a natural leader with excellent communication, organisational skills, and a true passion for supporting young people to thrive.

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence or do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
- You have only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications

- You have only CQC experience and no background in Ofsted-registered children's homes
