Key Responsibilities
- Lead editorial strategy, content planning, and publication workflows
- Oversee editorial standards, schedules, team performance, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinate with writers, editors, researchers, designers, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor content quality, publication timelines, audience engagement, and operational risks
- Develop strategies to improve editorial performance, digital reach, and content delivery
- Support staff development, workflow improvements, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, editorial updates, and strategic recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in editorial strategy, publishing, media operations, communications, journalism, research coordination, or digital content management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with editorial teams, researchers, content platforms, vendors, or media service clients is an advantage

Pay: £25,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
