INEOS Vehicle Technician

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000pa Basic, OTE Bonus: Up to £10,000 per annum, Additional Stretch Bonus Opportunity: Up to £10,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm
North Oxford Garage is looking for a skilled and motivated INEOS Vehicle Technician to join our growing aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with the exciting INEOS Grenadier brand in a modern workshop environment, with strong earning potential through our generous bonus structure.

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.

Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.

Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work requirements.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Adhere to all health and safety and manufacturer procedures.

Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).

Previous franchised dealership experience preferred.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Full UK driving licence.

A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional standards.

MOT Tester qualification advantageous but not essential.

Competitive basic salary of £34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Realistic OTE bonus opportunity of up to £10,000.
