Dependability - This is a flexible position with hours and days to suit but commitment is still priority and once a day and time has been agreed then this has to be adhered to.
Trustworthy - As a respected agency we make each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our clients homes. We ask for identification and proof of legally working in the United Kingdom. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one house to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will make a difference to job satisfaction. Running late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you have agreed!
Detail Oriented - Did you see the spider web in the corner? A keen eye will notice every detail and ensure customer satisfaction every visit.
