We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Field Supervisor to help maintain and improve standards across our domestic and commercial cleaning sites. Through regular site visits, quality checks, and support for new starters, you'll play a key role in ensuring our services consistently meet the high standards our customers expect.
This is not a desk-based role. It's a hands-on position that involves visiting customers, checking standards, supporting cleaners, and helping us maintain excellent service across the business.
The role is ideal for someone with previous commercial cleaning, supervisory, facilities management, housekeeping, or quality control experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Weekly Site Checks
- Visit domestic and commercial cleaning sites
- Checking cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement
- Speak with customers and gather feedback
- Monitor health and safety compliance
- Complete site audit reports with photos and recommendations
- Follow up on any previous issues to ensure standards have improved
New Starter Support (ad hoc)
- Meet new team members in person
- Deliver uniform and equipment
- Hand over keys where required
- Conduct site inductions and walkarounds
- Support staff during their first shifts
- Ensure cleaners understand company standards and expectations
New Site Setups (ad hoc)
- Attend site surveys and walkthroughs
- Assist with scope assessments and estimating cleaning requirements
- Complete risk assessments and health and safety standards.
- Ensure sites are set up and ready before cleaning begins
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous commercial cleaning experience
✔ Previous supervisory, team leader, facilities, or quality control experience preferred
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Confident speaking with customers and staff
✔ Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
✔ Organised and proactive
✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
✔ Good understanding of cleaning standards and health & safety
