Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Baib ,acrylics, and nail art.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail services and colours based on client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail fashion and techniques to offer innovative designs.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
- Promote retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in applying makeup is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly explain treatments and recommendations.
- Attention to detail and a steady hand for precise nail art and finishing touches.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments effectively.
- Creative flair for designing unique nail art that meets client expectations.
