Westoe Grange is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Head Cook for DAY shifts The hours are 32.5hrs per week 8/6 x 3 days and 8/1.30 . this is on a 2 week rota including weekends

What do we expect from you?
- Menu development- tailor menus around residents and to ensure we deliver person centred hospitality
- Work with fresh produce to deliver high quality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality and standards
- Work within budget
- Complete regular audits
- Manage stock control
- Experience/Knowledge of preparing meals inline with IDDSI standards would be preferred
