At Cubbies Chinese Learning Centre (小獅子中文教室), we believe learning Chinese should be fun, meaningful, and full of creativity. We’re looking for an organised, passionate and dedicated Cantonese Marketing and Teaching Assistant who can help us bring our Cubbies spirit and laughter into the classroom, helping children (and occasionally adults) learn not just the language, but also the culture behind it.
What you will do:

- Video Shooting & Production: Set up and conduct on‑site video shoots (classes, events, promotional content), including basic lighting, framing, and audio capture.
- Team and Client Communication: Facilitate internal collaboration within teaching teams, and handle liaison and coordination for parents, teachers, and students.
- Operations Optimisation: Assist with the student onboarding process, and help formulate and optimise operating policies and management systems.
- Editing Teaching Materials: Review and revise teaching materials for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English (equivalent to IELTS 6 or higher)
- Confident in video shooting and content production, with strong video editing skills and workflow experience
- Proficient with basic digital tools (CapCut, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Teams)
- Strong marketing acumen with a proven ability to create engaging social media content (e.g. reels, short‑form videos; previous marketing experience preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills; responsive, detail‑oriented, and an effective communicator
- Proactive, approachable, and adaptable
- Interested in and passionate about educational administration
