Job Title: Pharmacy Counter Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: AR Pharmacy – Southampton
Job Type: Full-Time 40hrs per week which will include alternate Saturdays

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
The Role
As a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a welcoming and professional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers and assisting with over-the-counter sales
- Providing advice on minor ailments (within training guidelines)
- Handling prescriptions and supporting the dispensing team
- Managing stock and maintaining tidy, well-organised displays
- Processing transactions and operating the till
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time
- Previous pharmacy experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail
