Scheme Lead – Supported Living
Learning Disabilities & Mental Health
Redruth, Cornwall
Full Time | Permanent | £30,000 per annum
Make a meaningful difference — and make it enjoyable.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scheme Lead to oversee one of our supported living schemes in central Redruth, supporting eight adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, who enjoy a model of care service which includes background support and 1:1 hours. We already have one service support lead, and are looking for another to work alternate shifts.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a growing, forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support across Cornwall.
As Scheme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating not just a safe and compliant service — but a vibrant, positive and engaging home where people can thrive, develop independence, build confidence and genuinely enjoy their lives.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure excellent standards, strong team leadership, and measurable positive outcomes for the people we support.
About the Role
This position combines hands-on leadership with operational oversight. You will lead the day-to-day running of the scheme, support your team to deliver outstanding care, and ensure that regulatory, quality and outcome standards are consistently achieved.

- Independence is actively encouraged
- Achievements are celebrated
- Activities are meaningful and enjoyable
- Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities
- Staff feel valued, supported and proud of their work
We want our schemes to feel warm, empowering and engaging — not institutional.
