About the role
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ welding and fabrication experience. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be able to read engineering drawings, and enjoy problem-solving.

Key skills and experience
- Experience with TIG and MIG welding (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ fabrication experience
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Full driving licence and own transport (due to rural location)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure
Desirable
- Experience working with stainless steel
- Experience using a press brake
- FLT licence
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
- Overtime available with enhanced rates
- £14.00 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
