About the role
Are you a motivated leader with warehouse experience? Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader to organise, support, and develop your team while ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, organise, and coordinate the daily work of warehouse team members
- Provide the team with necessary tools and ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Support stock-taking and process optimisation activities
- Maintain order and care for warehouse property, equipment, and materials
- Conduct team evaluations, training sessions, and safety briefings
- Supervise compliance with working time recording, work clothing, and PPE usage
- Promote a positive, professional workplace culture aligned with company values
What we’re looking for
- Proven (+1 year) experience in a similar role, ideally in a warehouse environment and knowledge of logistics systems
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to health & safety standards
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
